As a certified postpartum doula, I specialize in providing overnight support to new mothers and their families during the postpartum period. My expertise in newborn care, breastfeeding support, and emotional support for new mothers helps ease the transition into parenthood.
I work closely with families to create a customized plan that meets their unique needs and preferences. My compassionate and nurturing approach helps new mothers feel supported and confident in their parenting abilities.
Pediatric CPR & First Aid

The American Red Cross Pediatric CPR & First Aid class equips parents, caregivers, and educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to emergencies involving children.
The class covers a range of topics, including compression, rescue breaths, choking prevention and intervention, and first aid for common injuries and illnesses.
Why Pediatric CPR instead of just Infant CPR?
I teach Pediatric CPR to help families feel confident in responding to emergencies involving children of all ages, not just during the first year of life.

Breastfeeding 101 Class

As a certified Breastfeeding Educator, I developed Breastfeeding 101 to prepare new and experienced breastfeeding mothers for a successful start.
This interactive class provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment where parents can learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, proper latch techniques, "Are you making enough," and how to overcome common breastfeeding challenges.
This class is a great start to help mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals and promote the health and well-being of both mother and baby.
Price: $125 for two people, $90 for individuals

As a Lactation Counselor, I want to empower and assist anyone in their human milk journey. I provide personalized guidance and education on all things infant feeding.
Whether you prefer to cup feed, syringe feed, breastfeed, chest feed, use a supplemental nursing system (SNS), or bottle feed, I got you covered! I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I offer in-home consultation, where to create a comfortable and supportive environment for everyone to feel confident and supported.
Beyond Breastfeeding:
I can assist with pumping, milk storage, transitioning to solid foods, and weaning.

In this 2 hour comprehensive workshop, I will guide you through all the essential steps of caring for a baby.
This non-certifying course is designed to boost your confidence in handling emergencies. Topics covered include Infant and Pediatric CPR Basics, Choking Hazards and Intervention, Feeding Practices and Guidelines (Formula, Breastmilk, Baby Led Weaning Basics), Basic First Aid and Medicine.
