Now Accepting July Due Dates
Postpartum Support
Every shift includes care for both parent and baby, along with light household support such as laundry, dishes, bottle feeding, and bottle sanitation.
The fourth trimester can be beautiful, and it can also feel tender, emotional, and overwhelming. You don't have to navigate it alone.
Together, we focus on what your family needs most, including:
-Rest and recovery support for your body
-Feeding help (breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding)
-Newborn care education and reassurance
-Emotional support during the hard moments
-Light household help
I'm here to walk beside you and help make this transition feel gentler, calmer, and supported.
Overnight support is one of the most requested services because it allows parents to rest while knowing their baby is cared for and supported. Most families begin with a consultation so we can talk about your due date, your goals for postpartum support, and create a plan that works best for your family.

The class covers a range of topics, including compression, rescue breaths, choking prevention and intervention, and first aid for common injuries and illnesses.
Why Pediatric CPR instead of just Infant CPR?
I teach Pediatric CPR to help families feel confident in responding to emergencies involving children of all ages, not just during the first year of life.
